Anti-Inflammatory Breakfast Smoothie
For one serving
Use a blender or food processor to combine until smooth:

½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 TB Almond or Cashew Butter
1 TB Ground Flax Seed
1 TB Flax Oil (with Borage)
4 oz. Almond Milk
2 – 4 oz water
One packet Greenspak* (optional)
Ice, if desired, but frozen blueberries replace this need

*Greenspak can be obtained online from or from many health food stores
